Zenagos Code of Conduct

All participants in the Innovation Trek, the Journey, and all other Zenagos programs and services are expected to follow the Zenagos Code of Conduct. Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Innovation Trek, the Journey, or any other Zenagos programs without reimbursement of fees.

Respect: All participants in the Trek and Journey are expected to regard others with respect. Disrespect includes, but is not limited to, harassing, threatening, or embarrassing others. No one may post, transmit, communicate, promote, or distribute content that is racially, religiously, or ethnically offensive or is harmful, abusive, vulgar, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive or discriminatory.

Safe Environment: No form of harassment or discrimination will be tolerated, including bullying, sexual harassment, mocking, or anything that can be construed as creating a hostile learning environment.

Integrity: Do not copy work that does not belong to you, including materials created and owned by Zenagos or your fellow participants.

Appreciate Diversity: Everyone in our programs has a different background, set of beliefs, goals, and ambition. Appreciate everyone’s differences, and try to learn from each other.

Respect Confidentiality Requests: If you have been asked not to share particular information about a fellow participant’s business idea, we ask that you respect their request.

Participation: All members of the Innovation Trek and Journey are expected to actively participate in the live sessions and accountability check-ins. Participation also includes posting comments, questions, and responses on the Zenagos community chat platform.

If you see something, say something: At Zenagos, we believe that every person deserves respect and fair treatment. If you believe that you or someone else has been mistreated by a Zenagos instructor, a Zenagos staff member, or by a fellow participant, please report the behavior immediately to
